The Doon Renewal Project leadership team is interested in getting your input before, during or event after the interview process. Print copies of the information collection form have been provided at the church. On this page, you can find the same print form, an online version if you prefer to use your computer to submit your input, or a more detailed online form to help stimulate and organize your thinking.

Confidentiality will be maintained. We will cut off the corner including your name to insure we provide you with confidentiality.
Return the completed document in a sealed envelope to the Church, addressed to Lisa Brimblecombe or Lew Ford.
